• We offer returns within the first 30 days with a 30% restocking fee.
• Returns of wearable items, drink wear, and products that have been used are unable to be returned.
• Customer is responsible for shipping both ways; from PHIL and to return the product to PHIL.
• All returns are required to have an RMA number issued by the PHIL Sales Department.
